What is Newcomer?
Newcomer is an international, US-first store platform for first-time online sellers. It combines AI store drafts, product copy, search fields, marketing drafts and order management.
How does the trial work?
Your trial lasts 7 days from signup, with no charge. It includes 1 store, 5 products, 20 AI generations per day and 3 marketing generations per day.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your storefront stays online and your workspace becomes read-only. Subscribe to a plan to create or edit products and use AI again.
Can customers pay by card?
Not yet. Customers can place Cash on Delivery or manual payment orders when the merchant enables them. Card payments are coming soon.
How do I subscribe?
Open Billing in your workspace and choose Subscribe on Starter or Pro. Checkout opens with your account email filled in, and your plan updates automatically once checkout is complete.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription on your Billing page. You are not charged during the 7-day trial, and you can cancel before it ends. Partial-month refunds are not provided unless required by law. Read the refund policy for details.
Does AI guarantee sales or search rankings?
No. Review every AI draft for accuracy. Newcomer does not guarantee sales, search rankings or AI citations.
Where do I get help?
Email support@newcommer.store. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers or private keys.
