General terms for Newcomer accounts, AI drafts, merchant stores and subscriptions.

These are general SaaS policy templates, not legal advice. They should be reviewed for your business and applicable law.
Using Newcomer
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your store, products, prices, taxes, fulfillment, payment collection and compliance with applicable laws.
Your content and AI drafts
You retain rights to the content you provide and allow Newcomer to host and process it to provide the service. AI output can be inaccurate. Review product claims and legal or policy drafts before publication. Newcomer does not guarantee revenue, search rankings, AI citations or uninterrupted service.
Trials and plans
The trial lasts 7 days from signup and has no charge. Starter is $19/month and Pro is $49/month in USD. Limits are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, after a 7-day free trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime from Manage subscription on your Billing page. At expiry the workspace becomes read-only; storefront availability may still be subject to safety or legal restrictions.
Beta availability and suspension
Newcomer is in open beta. Features may change and card payments and custom store domains are not yet available. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms, threaten security or create legal risk. Keep your own copies of important business records.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, Newcomer is provided as available, without guarantees of fitness for a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@newcommer.store to discuss a dispute before pursuing other remedies.
