Sell responsibly
Do not use Newcomer to sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen or unsafe products, commit fraud, violate intellectual property rights or mislead customers. You must follow the laws and payment-provider rules that apply to your business.
Respect people and systems
Do not publish unlawful abusive content, expose personal information without a lawful basis, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other stores. Do not bypass plan limits or abuse AI generation.
Review AI output
Do not present invented reviews, certifications or product claims as facts. You are responsible for checking AI drafts and the content you publish.
Enforcement and reporting
We may restrict content or suspend accounts to address violations, protect users or meet legal duties. Report concerns to support@newcommer.store with the store link and a description. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.
