Cancellation and refund policy
Cancel anytime from your Billing page. You are not charged during the 7-day trial. Partial-month refunds apply only when required by law.

A trial without a charge
Your 7-day trial has no charge. Signing up does not collect a payment. If you subscribe during or after your trial, your plan includes a 7-day free trial and is then billed monthly until you cancel; cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Manage subscription on your Billing page. Your paid access continues until the recorded end of your paid period, unless a safety or legal restriction applies. If you need help, email support@newcommer.store using your account email.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time unless required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was incorrect, contact support@newcommer.store with your account email and payment reference. Do not send full card numbers.
After your paid period
When the trial or paid period expires, your workspace becomes read-only. Your storefront stays online, subject to the terms and acceptable-use policy. A new payment needs manual activation to restore paid access.
