Privacy policy

How Newcomer handles account, store, order and usage information.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These are general SaaS policy templates, not legal advice. They should be reviewed for your business and applicable law.

01

Information we handle

We handle account information such as your email and name; store and product content you submit; customer delivery and order details submitted to merchant stores; and usage, device and security information needed to operate the service. Merchants are responsible for their own customer privacy notices and lawful handling of customer information.

02

How information is used

We use information to provide accounts and stores, process order requests, generate drafts, apply plan limits, support users and protect the service. Content submitted for AI generation is shared with the providers used to generate that draft. Do not submit sensitive personal information to AI prompts.

03

Providers and payments

We use hosting, storage, account, AI and payment service providers to operate Newcomer. Lemon Squeezy processes Newcomer subscription payments as our payment provider and merchant of record; Newcomer does not see or store your full card details. Providers may process data in other countries under their own terms.

04

Retention and your choices

We retain data while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes or protect security. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@newcommer.store. Some records may need to be retained for lawful business purposes. We do not claim a fixed retention period that has not been implemented.

05

Security and updates

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the product changes. Contact support@newcommer.store with privacy questions.
